Oorah
Eligible children in 1st grade and up can receive up to $3,500 in scholarships from Oorah. Please note there is a parent learning requirement. Families can apply using the online form.
Nechamos Yisroel
Nechomas Yisroel Funding is available to all students in grades 1–5 transitioning from public school, regardless of family income. To qualify, one parent must participate in a learning session with the Oorah Program. For more details or to start the process, call (718) 851-0340 or email tuition@nechomasyisroel.org.
Chinuch Yehudi
Families new to Tamim Academy with at least one Israeli parent are eligible for a $1,000 scholarship. This award is available for students in kindergarten and above. To maintain eligibility, parents must attend Jewish classes (offered both in-person and online) several times per year.
Note: Eligible families can receive up to $3,500 from Oorah, $1,000 from Chinuch Yehudi, and $1,200 from Nechomas Yisroel–totaling a $5,700 tuition discount per child.
Our Heritage Program
Our Heritage Program provides a one-time matching grant of $3,000 per child (grades 1 and up) that is transferring from another school to Tamim Academy. The application is processed by the school office.

Our Jewish Children
Our Jewish Children offers a one time scholarship of $500 per child to any family who transfers their children in grades 1-12 from public school to a Jewish school in order to encourage them to make the switch, irrespective of income.
State of Vermont Financial Assistance
The State of Vermont offers up to $8,000 per school year per child for eligible income families through its Child Care Financial Assistance Program. To find out the amount of funds your child qualifies for click here. Applications are completed online.
