Erica is a native New Yorker and mom of two busy teenagers who share her love of travel, winter sports, and all things creative. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and education from Colby College and completed graduate coursework in Special Education at St. Michael’s and UVM. In addition to working with at-risk adolescents at a residential placement school, Erica has worked in elementary classrooms as a special education tutor in reading and math.

She believes that both teachers and students have a natural inclination to inquire and problem solve. The best way to nurture this innate curiosity is by providing intentional-yet-flexible frameworks that encourage exploration and collaboration. We are thrilled to welcome Erica as the new Curriculum Coordinator!
